These Terms & Conditions set out the contractual agreement between you and ES Auto Installations (“we”, “our”, “us”) regarding the purchase, supply, and installation of vehicle security products through our website. By placing an order or booking an installation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and it outlines your rights, responsibilities, and our obligations, including ordering, payment, installation, cancellations, refunds, warranties, and liability.
1.1. ES Auto Installations provides professional vehicle security, tracking, and installation services across the UK.
1.2. We are fully insured and hold public liability cover, with details available upon request.
2.1. Vehicle details, including registration number, make, and model, are required at checkout.
2.2. After payment, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to verify your order and arrange an installation date.
2.3. Installations are typically scheduled within two weeks.
3.1. All products are supplied and brought to the installation by our engineers.
3.2. Customers must ensure vehicles are roadworthy, accessible, and legal.
3.3. A responsible adult must be present during installation.
3.4. Failure to attend an appointment will incur a £60 rebooking fee.
3.5. Adverse conditions or safety concerns may require rescheduling at no additional cost.
4.1. Full payment is required at checkout.
4.2. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Klarna.
4.3. We do not store any card details.
5.1. Refunds are permitted until an installation date has been arranged.
5.2. If a vehicle is sold or unroadworthy before installation, a refund is possible minus a £50 restocking fee.
5.3. No refunds are available once installation is complete.
5.4. Custom products cannot be cancelled; if cancelled, the product will be shipped to the customer.
5.5. Subscription refunds are managed directly with the manufacturer.
6.1. All installations are covered by a 12-month labour and workmanship warranty.
6.2. Manufacturer product warranties are separate and must be claimed directly with the provider.
7.1. One reschedule is allowed free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
7.2. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations incur a £60 fee.
8.1. Vehicles must be roadworthy, accessible, and legally compliant.
8.2. Customers must provide accurate vehicle information at checkout.
8.3. Customers must have authority to approve installations.
8.4. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccessibility or incorrect information.
9.1. Reasonable care is taken during installation.
9.2. We are not liable for manufacturer defects, network or service interruptions, or data loss.
9.3. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products and installation service.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
